These Terms govern your use of the TinyGenius Hub iOS and Android apps. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and parent responsibility
- For parents/guardians managing learning for children ages 1–9
- Only adults may create a parent account
- You supervise use and keep your parent lock PIN confidential
2. Account and security
- Provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for account activity and device security

3. License
Personal, non-transferable license for lawful family/educational use. You may not reverse engineer, harm minors, or access others' data.
4. Educational content
Content is for learning and entertainment — not formal schooling or medical advice. Features may change over time.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual, with a free trial where offered) that unlocks extra content and removes ads. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account; subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID / Google Play account settings. Prices are shown at purchase and may vary by region. We use RevenueCat to sync your entitlement across devices.
6. Advertising
The free version of the App shows ads supplied by Google AdMob, configured as non-personalized and child-directed. Ads do not use learner profile data for targeting. Purchasing Premium removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Support messages
Contact TinyGenius messages must be respectful and lawful.
8. Privacy
Also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services
Includes Supabase, Sign in with Apple, RevenueCat (subscriptions), and Google AdMob (advertising), subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited as described in the full Terms in the app.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for misuse or violations arising from your use.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account. We may suspend access for violations.
14. Apple App Store / Google Play
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries where applicable.
15. Governing law
Governed by the laws of India, unless local law requires otherwise.
16. Changes
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
